Terms and Conditions

Please read this document carefully, as it contains important information regarding your rights and obligations, as well as terms concerning limitations and limited liability applicable to you. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.

This Agreement comprises the terms under which you purchase photography, audio-visual, home entertainment electronics, and/or related or peripheral products or services from us. You acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and agree to the content of these terms, and by placing an order to purchase products/services, you signify your agreement to and acceptance of these terms.

CK Artisans may revise these terms from time to time. As you are bound by these terms, you should review them periodically.

1. Sale and Purchase: CK Artisans and the customer shall abide by this Agreement for the sale and purchase of products/services.

2. Order/Formation of Contract: All product/service orders are subject to acceptance by CK Artisans. The acceptance of such orders is at the sole discretion of CK Artisans. This Agreement shall constitute a contract when CK Artisans sends notice of its acceptance of the relevant order to the customer. Once an order is confirmed and accepted by CK Artisans, it cannot be cancelled. CK Artisans will only accept orders placed by Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above for delivery within Hong Kong.

3. Price and Payment: The price of the products/services and the delivery charge (if any) shall be the price listed in the price list published on this website on the date of the customer's order. The company accepts PayPal payment, and all orders will be settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

We use third-party payment services for online transactions. By placing an order, you agree and accept that, subject to their terms and conditions, your credit card information will be collected, processed, and retained by the payment service provider. You agree and accept that you are solely and exclusively responsible for any losses incurred or arising from credit card transactions, and we shall not be liable for any such losses, in whole or in part, under any circumstances.

We do not collect or retain your credit card information. If you choose to save your credit card information for quick checkout, you agree and accept that such information will be encrypted and retained by the third-party payment service provider. The Company reserves the right to change the payment methods for online shopping at any time without prior notice. Products and prices displayed on this website are for reference only, subject to changes or variations at the time of actual transaction. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all product prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars. For transactions paid by credit card, all differences resulting from fluctuations in foreign exchange rates and/or any other fees charged by the issuing bank (regardless of the reason) shall be borne by the customer.

4. Telephone Support (Applicable to Product Purchases Only): Telephone support services are not provided for software or hardware products not licensed or produced by CK Artisans. Customers who require such support should contact the relevant manufacturer or licensor of those software or hardware products individually. Details regarding the telephone hotline service can be found on the relevant support service webpage.

5. Product Warranty (Applicable to Hong Kong Original Licensed Products Only): Within one year from the date of delivery or for a period otherwise specified ("Warranty Period"). Parallel import goods are not covered by a warranty unless otherwise stated. If a customer discovers a product quality issue within 7 days of purchase, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp (+852 5448 5243) to arrange an inspection. Please also keep the complete packaging; any request for return or refund without complete packaging will not be accepted. We seek your understanding in this matter.

6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall either party be liable to the other for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the performance or non-performance of the contract or from the provision, performance, or use of any goods sold or services provided under these terms (whether such damages are caused by breach of contract, breach of warranty, or negligence). Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence (which shall not be limited by any term), neither party shall be liable for any indirect or punitive damages or claims brought by a third party against the other party (unless otherwise specified in the contract).

7. Changes: CK Artisans may update, revise, or discontinue the provision of products and/or their peripheral products or related services, and/or the prices of products/services listed as available on this website at any time. Therefore, the customer agrees that the products shipped/services provided may be different from those described in promotional materials (advertisements, product catalogs, data sheets). All orders are accepted according to these terms, and these terms shall supersede any other terms published on the CK Artisans website or elsewhere, and override any other terms proposed by the customer or provided during the course of the transaction.

8. Resale: The customer agrees and warrants that the purchase of products/services is for the customer's private use only and not for commercial resale. If the customer breaches or CK Artisans has reason to suspect the customer has breached these warranties, CK Artisans reserves the right to refuse the customer's order request. The customer shall not disassemble the product for resale.

9. Force Majeure: CK Artisans shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor problems, equipment failure, or other causes beyond the control of CK Artisans. The supply of products and parts is subject to inventory levels, and CK Artisans may, at its discretion, allocate sales/deliveries/repairs/replacement arrangements when inventory is insufficient.

10. Waiver/Severability: The failure of CK Artisans to insist upon the strict enforcement of these terms shall not be considered a waiver of its rights and remedies. If any term in the contract is found by a court to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. In case of any dispute, the non-exclusive jurisdiction shall be the courts of Hong Kong (the place where the customer's order request was received and/or submitted), and the English version of this Agreement shall prevail.

12. Entire Agreement: These terms shall not be changed, supplemented, or modified by any other documents alleged to have been agreed upon by both parties. Any attempt to supplement or modify this document or to submit an order request based on additional or altered terms shall be void.
