Return and Refund Policy (Applicable to Product Purchases Only)


1. Return Principle

  • We hope you are satisfied with the product you ordered. We offer a seven-day return or exchange service if the product you received is damaged, defective, or inconsistent with your order.
  • All return applications must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

  • Products for which a return is requested must be returned with complete packaging, accessories, manuals, and gifts.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged by human factors, and maintained in its original selling condition.
  • Each order is eligible for only one exchange.

3. Return Process

  • Please contact customer service to apply for a return by emailing support@ckartisans.com or via WhatsApp at +852 5448 5243 within the specified time limit, and provide the following information:
    • Order Number
    • Item Number and Name
    • Reason for return and photos/videos of the product issue
  • Our customer service representative will reply within 2-3 working days after verifying the application to confirm whether the return conditions are met and to inform you of the return method.
  • For approved returns, please properly package the returned goods and invoice, and mail or personally deliver them to the designated location according to the customer service instructions.

4. Refund Arrangement

  • After we receive the returned goods, we will inspect and confirm the product status within 7 working days.
  • Upon confirmation, we will arrange the refund according to your payment method. For customers who paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your payment account, which may require an additional 2-4 weeks to process, depending on the issuing bank. For customers who paid by other methods, the refund will be returned to your designated account via bank transfer.
  • If the return is not due to a product quality issue, the original order's shipping cost and the shipping cost incurred for returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

5. Non-returnable Situations

  • More than 7 days have passed since the receipt of the product.
  • The product has been opened, used, or damaged by human factors.
  • The product packaging is incomplete, or accessories or gifts are missing.
  • Requesting a return due to monitor color difference, personal perception (e.g., feeling it's too big, too small, or the smell is unpleasant) (unless the product itself does not match the description).
  • Sale items, clearance items, or items explicitly marked as "No Returns Allowed."
