CK Artisans ("Company") agrees to provide carry-in warranty services for the below terms and conditions within the valid product warranty period. Both Customer and company agree to the above terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions are as follows: 1. The product warranty period shall commence on the date of purchase. Customers must retain their purchase receipts and the company's valid warranty label as proof. 2. Customers must bring related products to the Company's customer service department for warranty and maintenance. The Company does not provide door-to-door warranty or maintenance services. Customers are responsible for any transportation costs incurred. 3. This warranty service is only applicable to Hong Kong and Macau and does not apply to overseas warranties. 4. For products no longer under warranty, an inspection fee will apply. Costs for replacement parts and materials vary by manufacturer; please call us for a detailed quote and further inquiries. 5. Customers will accept the warranty terms when taking advantage of CK Artisans' warranty service.
6. Warranty terms shall not apply under the following circumstances: a) Failure to present a valid warranty label and purchase invoice. b) The product serial number does not match the serial number listed on the warranty label. c) Any part of the product shows signs of fragmentation, rusting, water damage, corrosion, cracks, burn marks, dents, deformation, melting, incomplete components, or other surface damage. d) Damage caused by improper use, intentional physical damage (such as impact, scratches, or crushing), negligence, incorrect voltage input, improper installation or testing, or power supply issues. e) Damage caused by natural disasters, including fire, flood, earthquake, or acts of war. f) Faults or damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly, arbitrary modification of specifications, or the use of non-original/third-party accessories. g) By purchasing our products or seeking warranty repair services, you acknowledge and accept these warranty terms and conditions.
7. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. In the event of any disputes, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
