Delivery Terms (Applicable to Product Purchases Only)


1. Delivery Area and Service

  • CK Artisans currently only accepts orders for delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and specified outlying island areas (including Ma Wan, Tung Chung, and Discovery Bay). Delivery service may not be available in some remote or restricted areas; please check with customer service for details.
  • Each order is limited to delivery to a single address.
  • Some areas (such as Discovery Bay) may incur an additional surcharge due to transportation arrangements; this fee will be clearly stated at checkout.

2. Delivery Time and Arrangement

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days after successful payment confirmation, subject to stock availability.
  • Delivery service is not available on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Delivery service will be suspended when a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted. We will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date.
  • Once the goods are dispatched, we will provide a tracking number for you to trace the shipment. If you need to change the delivery address or time, please contact the courier company yourself to arrange it, and any resulting additional costs must be borne by you.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery service is provided for orders with a discounted amount of HK$500 or more.
  • A shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged for orders with a discounted amount less than HK$500.
  • We reserve the right to charge an additional carrying fee for walk-up floors (e.g., HK$50 per floor) if there is no direct elevator access to the delivery location.

4. Acceptance of Goods and Responsibility

  • Upon receipt of the goods, please inspect the contents and condition of the ordered items immediately on the spot. If the packaging is damaged or the product is faulty, please make a note on the delivery receipt, take photos as a record, and contact us immediately for follow-up.
  • Once the consignee or their authorized representative signs to confirm receipt, the ownership, risk of loss, and damage of the items will be transferred to the customer.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or no one being present to receive the goods at the agreed delivery time, the delivery fee for that attempt will not be refunded. If a re-delivery needs to be arranged, the company will charge the delivery fee again.
  • CK Artisans will not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods requested by the customer to be left outside the door or collected by the management office.
